I will provide companionship and a restful environment for your postpartum journey, making your early days of motherhood recovery- and baby-oriented.
I will listen to your birth story. I will provide emotional reassurance through this transition, helping to alleviate feelings of anxiety and overwhelm.
I will empower you with knowledge for feeding, newborn care, bonding with baby, and healing your body after giving birth.
I will assist with practical tasks related to each of these topics. I will manage household duties outside of these priorities and can play with older siblings, taking away your mental load and giving you the important chance to rest and recover.
Nourished Parents
Proper nutrition & hydration is critical for your physical recovery, mental health, and lactation (should you be interested in breastfeeding).
I will teach you which vitamins, minerals, and whole foods are best for your body, mind, and baby during postpartum.
I prepare weekly meal plans and grocery lists for your family.
I prepare the snacks, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and freezer meals that will repair tissues, reduce inflammation, replace lost nutrients or blood, boost energy levels, reduce anxiety and depression, and support breastfeeding.
You can also place delivery orders for homemade, nutrient-dense healthy snacks even after our time together.

My functional help is designed to keep you enveloped in an oasis of peace, cleanliness, and order while you remain focused on your recovery and your baby.
My attention to detail around your house will ensure you maintain high standards of tranquil living.
My help will be specific to your family needs, but could include:
bottle sterilization
diaper station stocking
nighttime mom-feeding station stocking
tidy kitchen & mom’s bathroom
light baby or sibling laundry
