As a DONA International trained postpartum doula, I care for mothers and newborns at their homes in the weeks after birth.
As an experienced mother of two, I am passionate about supporting brand-new families in a quiet, productive, and joyful manner.
How did I get here?
After eighteen years running communications in the arts, tech, finance, and global BPO industries, motherhood is my true passion now.
A stay-at-home mom for seven years, I marinated in my own motherhood process, savored my children (currently ages 9 and 11), played the fun-aunt role to many nieces and nephews, and filled in for teachers in preschool & elementary schools. Children bring me incredible joy and Iām happiest when reading or playing with children, soothing or feeding babies, or celebrating your family milestones.
How do I doula?
I support the postpartum mother at home to ensure she recovers emotionally and physically from the birth process, while setting the rest of the family up for success.
I am laser focused on nutrition for recovery. I love cooking for moms, dads, and older siblings. If everyone is eating well, the house can thrive.
I help practically in the moment with the baby and siblings to bring peace to chaos.
I am extra, experienced hands that can breathe confidence into what could otherwise be a vulnerable time.
I am a compassionate audience for your birth story and will work tirelessly to ensure mom and dad rest and heal from the birth event and bond with baby.
