My legacy

I’m with families during some of their most intimate, fragile moments. When my time with a family comes to an end, I hope they will carry forward a few takeaways from my presence in their home and lives.

My deepest hope is that my clients continue to live in a joyful, confident place. I want their home to remain a space where smiles come easily, laughter is quick, nutrient-dense food nourishes the body and spirit, and routines are powered by love, teamwork, and a sense of wonder. Overnight oats are ready in the fridge, healthy snacks are within reach, and dinner isn’t a nightly quandary. Doesn’t that sound like a happy place to live?

Together, we melted over baby’s first smiles and celebrated milestones big and small—getting mom a truly restorative nap routine, finding the perfect swaddle, or carving out dad’s daily workout window. We savored mood-boosting lunches and laughed until we cried over diaper mishaps. I hope my excitement over these moments is contagious, leaving a lasting sense of joy and possibility.

Above all, I want my clients to see themselves as I see them: successful, capable, superheroes to their little ones, and wonderful families striving to thrive.

And because I leave them with a freezer stash of meals and a digital hub of meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes, I hope they continue to use good food as fuel, just as I did.
